First class! Caroline greeted me when I walked in and was very personable. She offered me a drink good for collagen and then gave me other drink options. Acsa gave me a facial that was extremely relaxing and felt so nice. The room was so peaceful, with soft music playing and lying on a warm bed. Acsa was so gentle and did a great job. I was very comfortable talking to her about my facial concerns and she knew just how to correct them. Each product she used smelled so nice. The shoulder/neck massage was an added bonus. I then went to check out with a professional young man named Justin. He followed up to insure that my visit was remarkable, and it was. He explained the points I’d earned that day, how they work and the promotions going on at that time. He gave me a brochure referencing what Acsa suggested was best for me. He was courteous and took the time to answer any questions I had. The spa itself was elegant and classy! I certainly felt well taken care of and special while getting my facial. It was a pleasant experience and I cannot wait to go back for more pampering!! I appreciate you all.
