Troy is the Chief Operating Officer of Youthful Medical Spa and co-owner. His experience includes the ownership and business development of 47 diagnostic centers in five different states.
Troys’ extensive business background helps Youthful Medical Spa stay on the cutting edge with all the latest in cosmetic procedures while maintaining the highest level of customer service. He has built all of his businesses under one idea, (Service above self) Troy understands that our Medical Spa is all about the patient and their experiences. Troy is also the owner of several hearing aid practices… including Clear Ear, Medical Hearing in Jacksonville Beach, Arlington Expressway North Jacksonville and Orange Park.

Keri grew up in chilly Connecticut, wanting to warm up and enjoy palm trees she headed to school in South Carolina and Florida. She got her Esthetics license 18 years ago in both states and began pursuing a nursing degree. A few years later she decided Esthetics was her passion and continued down that path as her career. Keri has worked for luxurious resorts that include The Ritz Carlton & the Breakers. She soon transferred from an Esthetician to management positions. Keri met her husband in Orlando, where they soon realized they were from the same small town and even shared mutual friends, yet had never met prior. They moved to West Palm Beach where she resided as a Spa Manager/Director. After a few years, her husband received a transfer opportunity and Keri found her new home at Youthful Medical Spa. Keri has a passion for skincare and loves learning about ingredients in products, paired with Youthful Medical Spa’s cutting edge machines, to see fantastic real results!
Julie Duke
Spa Director
Julie was raised in Atlanta, Georgia where she resided for 26 years. She moved to Ponte Vedra Beach after getting married and has raised 3 beautiful daughters. After attending college at West Georgia College in Carrollton, Georgia, Julie was employed with a popular skincare and cosmetic line where she developed a deep understanding and passion for the importance of caring for your skin by being proactive rather than reactive to combating the natural process of aging. Her knowledge of this importance has been instilled in her daughters, family and close friends. Julie enjoys friendly and informative conversations with clients speaking of her expertise in the many ways to enhance their skin care regimen that will best suits their needs.
Leighton Baruch
Spa Manager
Leighton is a Jacksonville native. She attended Stanton College Prep and Jacksonville University, where she double majored in Communications and Musical Theater. After attending school, Leighton ventured into the corporate world – over the years, she has gained experience in many fields, from supply chain management and logistics to human resources and management. Leighton found her true passion was working with others and helping people become their best self. She dove headfirst into the world of medical aesthetics and has loved every second of it. Since shifting gears in her career, Leighton has become a provider and trainer for services such as TempSure and Hydrafacial. She is happy to have found a home and rewarding career at Youthful Medical Spa.
Outside of the office, Leighton is a seasoned pageant competitor. She has earned several titles over the years and represented Daytona Beach at Miss Florida USA. Nowadays, you can find her at home with her loving pets and boyfriend – cuddled up with a warm cup of coffee.
Karen Cross
Front Desk Supervisor
Karen Cross has over 25 years of working in the salon and medical spa industry. She’s held her cosmetology license since 1995, along with extensive training and certifications with some of the top leading companies in the aesthetic field like Allergan, Repechage’ and Aveda. With her background in management and hospitality, she’s a great fit as the Front Desk Supervisor to help the spa run efficiently while providing stellar customer service.
Karen is a mom of 3 now-adult children (Lauren, Haley, and Harrison) and 1 dog (Chloe). She lives in Ponte Vedra Beach and enjoys tennis, the beach, traveling, and wine tasting with her friends and family.
Casey Kennedy
Business Operations Coordinator
Casey Kennedy comes to us with a very diverse background in the large-scale event planning, fundraising and beauty industries in New York City, Seattle and Washington, DC. Most recently she joins us from her hometown, the Washington, DC area, where she helped plan, start, and run an award winning high-end luxury salon, Salon Bisoux, which she managed for almost 4 years before relocating to the Jacksonville Beach area with her family in the summer of 2016. Casey is passionate about customer service and prides herself in treating every client as a cherished old friend. She always strives for 5-star, white glove service and looks forward to tending to all of their beauty needs. When she’s not at Youthful Medical Spa helping our guests she can be found cherishing time with her son, family members or spending time outdoors with her husband and devoted dog they happily adopted from one of our community outreach events for rescues.

Christine is the welcome & friendly specialist available to assist in our membership programs at Youthful Medical Spa. Christine has a love for aesthetics and you will instantly feel her passion as well.Christine has been in the medical spa industry since 2008, She has worked for some of the top cosmetic surgeons in Jacksonville.Christine is a native of Jacksonville she studied at Florida community college specialized is floral design. She has 20 years of management and design experience, she was Director of product development for a national candy company. She also has many years in retail sales experiences and owned her own flower shop for 5 years. Her aesthetics experience and knowledge of cosmetic procedures enables her to be able to give our clients accurate information on all our products are services.
Pamela Montano
Aesthetic Trained Physician Assistant
Pamela Montano, PA-C, is an aesthetic trained Physician Assistant and our lead injector at Youthful Medical Spa. She graduated from the University of Florida College of Medicine and has practiced in North Florida for more than 25 years. Having worked in several fields of medicine, she's found her true calling in Aesthetic Medicine.
Pamela is a Master Level Injector and has received training from some of the world's most prestigious injectors. She holds a passion for knowledge and a personal commitment to lifelong learning.
Her unique approach to treating aesthetic patients is built on skills developed over a lifetime of experience; her extensive medical knowledge, keen attention to detail, and ability to listen and collaborate with her patients. Pamela ceaselessly strives to help each patient find the best methods to reveal his or her natural beauty.

Kristin is an advanced practice registered nurse and board-certified family nurse practitioner. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of North Florida. She is dedicated to continued learning and eager to help her clients achieve their aesthetic goals. Kristin is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau National Honor Society, American Nurses Association, and International Society of Plastic Surgery and Aesthetic Nurses. Kristin has been in the nursing profession since 2012 and has experience working in obstetrics, telemetry, and education. What she enjoys most about aesthetics is the relationships she is able to develop with her clients. Kristin’s professional goal is to help others remain happy and confident by enhancing their natural beauty. In her time away from work, Kristin enjoys traveling, spending time with her husband and son, exercising, and boating.

Scarlett is a doctorate-prepared and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of North Florida. She is dedicated to lifelong learning and prioritizes safety and satisfaction. She is passionate about medical aesthetics and helping clients enhance their confidence and achieve their goals with natural results. One of her favorite aspects of her job is getting to know each client and making each encounter feel special.
She has been in the nursing profession since 2013 with the majority of her experience working in the intensive care unit. Her ICU experience has honed her assessment skills and made attention to detail her top priority for each individual client.
In her spare time, Scarlett loves traveling, cycling, spending time with friends and family, and practicing her green thumb in the garden.
Jeri Frances
Licensed Medical Aesthetician
The science behind skincare is what initially drew her to this field and happy clients are what kept her pursuing the latest techniques in the industry. Jeri has had problems with hyper-pigmentation and melasma herself, which led her to learn more about the causes and treatments for it. She believes that continuing education plays a huge role in keeping up with the constantly changing trends in skincare. She has extensive knowledge and certifications in a variety of different chemical peels. She loves to provide personalized skin care for each client her table. Jeri was previously an Instructor and Program Manager for Aesthetics at an Allied Health College. Her passion is educating every patient on how the treatments work will benefit them and how using specific products at home can enhance their results. At youthful she specializes in chemical peels as well as the more advanced treatments such as Collagen Induction therapy and Clear+Brilliant.
Morgan Brillon

Morgan is a true Florida native who grew up in St. John’s County with a passion for skin care and science. Graduating from First Cost Technical College in St. Augustine, Morgan is always continuing her education and wanting to try new procedures as the beauty industry grows each day. Morgan has been with Youthful Medical Spa for over 2 years and has loved every minute of it! She loves to provide great outcomes for her clients with results-driven treatments such as Jet Plasma or Clear & Brilliant. When she's not doing corrective procedures for her patients, you can find Morgan in the great outdoors or traveling with her dog, Moose.
