All memberships are annual, after which time they roll into a month-to-month contract. We require a 30-day written notice for any cancellations. Funds are deducted from your account on the 1st of each month and your monthly service or credit is added to your Spa account between the 1st and the 3rd depending on processing.
With our injectable memberships, your money is banked each month and may be used for any service or purchase, however, discounts are not to be combined with other offers/promotions. All other packages are for services monthly and do not expire. A one-time start-up fee of $49 is required to set up each membership.
