With our Injectable package your money is banked each month and may be used for any service or purchase, however discounts are not to be combined. All other packages are for services monthly and do not roll over if not used for any given month.

A one time start up fee of $49 is required to set up each membership.

Youthful Collagen Club – 30 day supply @ $165 per month for an initial 12 month period, which renews month to month after the initial period ends. Auto Debit will occur the 1st of each month. Shipping will occur on the 15th of each month so long as it is in not a holiday or weekend and once the credit card payment has been verified. These products cannot be exchanged for other procedures or products and the funds/monies are nonrefundable. Any shipping questions or issues with delivery or product itself shall be dealt with through Skinade Directly. There are no additional Product Discounts available with Collagen Club Enrollment
