Pamela Mahan, PA-C

Founder & Co-Owner

Pamela is an aesthetic-trained physician assistant who received her education from the University of Florida and her Masters's degree from the University of Nebraska. Pamela has been practicing medicine for over 20 years with experience in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Gynecology, Natural Hormone Replacement Therapy/Holistic Medicine, and most recently Plastic Surgery. Pamela has personally performed all the procedures provided in our Medical Spa on hundreds of patients through the years and seen incredible results. Pamela has also worked with skin care patients for more than fifteen years making skin care Consults one of her areas of expertise. Pamela is the Founder of Youthful Medical Spa. Helping patients achieve their ultimate goals through the latest medical and holistic anti-aging approaches is her first priority.

Troy Mahan

NBC-HIS Chief Operating Officer & Co-Owner

Troy is the Chief Operating Officer of Youthful Medical Spa and co-owner. His experience includes the ownership and business development of 47 diagnostic centers in five different states.
Troys’ extensive business background helps Youthful Medical Spa stay on the cutting edge with all the latest in cosmetic procedures while maintaining the highest level of customer service. He has built all of his businesses under one idea, (Service above self) Troy understands that our Medical Spa is all about the patient and their experiences. Troy is also the owner of several hearing aid practices… including Clear Ear, Medical Hearing in Jacksonville Beach, Arlington Expressway North Jacksonville and Orange Park.

Keri Vahey

Practice Administrator

Keri grew up in chilly Connecticut, wanting to warm up and enjoy palm trees she headed to school in South Carolina and Florida. She got her Esthetics license 18 years ago in both states and began pursuing a nursing degree. A few years later she decided Esthetics was her passion and continued down that path as her career. Keri has worked for luxurious resorts that include The Ritz Carlton & the Breakers. She soon transferred from an Esthetician to a management position. Keri met her husband in Orlando, where they soon realized they were from the same small town and even shared mutual friends, yet had never met prior. They moved to West Palm Beach where she resided as a Spa Manager/Director. After a few years, her husband received a transfer opportunity and Keri found her new home at Youthful Medical Spa. Keri has a passion for skincare and loves learning about ingredients in products, paired with Youthful Medical Spa’s cutting-edge machines, to see fantastic real results!

Julie Duke

Spa Director

Julie was raised in Atlanta, Georgia where she resided for 26 years. She moved to Ponte Vedra Beach after getting married and has raised 3 beautiful daughters. After attending college at West Georgia College in Carrollton, Georgia, Julie was employed with a popular skincare and cosmetic line where she developed a deep understanding and passion for the importance of caring for your skin by being proactive rather than reactive to combating the natural process of aging. Her knowledge of this importance has been instilled in her daughters, family and close friends. Julie enjoys friendly and informative conversations with clients speaking of her expertise in the many ways to enhance their skin care regimen that will best suits their needs.

Leighton Peterson

Spa Manager

Leighton Peterson has been a Spa Manager with Youthful Medical Spa for over 4 years. After attending Jacksonville University, where she double majored in Communications and Musical Theater, Leighton embarked on a diverse career journey, gaining experience in supply chain management, logistics, human resources, and management. She ultimately discovered her passion in medical aesthetics, where she has thrived.

Leighton has become a sought-after provider and trainer, specializing in services like CoolSculpting Elite, TempSure, Jet Plasma, and Hydrafacial. She is also a Master Certified CoolSculpting Technician, having completed advanced training at the prestigious CoolSculpting University and its Masters Series in New Jersey. Outside of the office, you can find her at home with her menagerie of animals, husband, and son – cuddled up with a warm cup of coffee.

Christine Mason

Membership Director

Christine is Youthful Medical Spa’s Membership Director and has been for over a decade! Christine has been in the medical spa industry since 2008 and has worked for some of the top cosmetic surgeons in Jacksonville. Christine is a native of Jacksonville she studied at Florida community college specialized is floral design. She has 20 years of management and design experience; she was Director of product development for a national candy company. She also has many years in retail sales experiences and owned her own flower shop for 5 years. Her aesthetics experience and knowledge of cosmetic procedures enables her to be able to give our clients accurate information on all our products are services. In Christine’s free time, she loves to enjoy a walk through nature or try really unique dining experiences.

Vanessa Iverson

Assistant Spa Manager

Vanessa is the newest addition to the management team at Youthful Medical Spa, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a passion for skincare. With 13 years of expertise as a Medical Aesthetician and a background as a former spa owner, Vanessa is well-versed in the art of enhancing beauty and well-being.

Having recently relocated to Jacksonville, Vanessa is thrilled to be part of the talented team at Youthful Medical Spa. Her enthusiasm for learning and sharing her knowledge shines through, especially when she’s working with her favorite skin treatments—Dermaplaning and Microneedling. Vanessa’s commitment to delivering exceptional results makes her a perfect fit for our team.

Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys a fulfilling life with her beloved BichonPoo, Lia, and cherishes quality time with her two kids. Pamela Ann Moore, DNP

Aesthetic Trained Nurse Practictioner

Pamela Ann is a nurse practitioner with 20 + years of experience in aesthetics, plastic and cosmetic surgery, and skin care. She completed her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of North Florida. She was the first nurse practitioner to begin injecting at The Cosmetic Center at Mayo Clinic in 2015. She has extensive experience with facial balancing injection techniques for an enhanced natural appearance.

In her free time, Pamela enjoys being in nature, visiting national parks, paddle boarding, and spending time with her family and two golden retrievers.

Cassandra Andella, APRN, FNP-BC

Aesthetic Trained Nurse Practictioner

Cassandra is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (ARNP) with a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) board certification. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science Nursing degree. Cassandra spent many years working in the ICU as a critical care nurse, finding her true passion in aesthetics. Her desire for learning and advancing her career led her to pursue a degree with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN). With her advanced education and training, she became proficient in a wide array of treatments, including injectables (neuromodulators, dermal fillers), lasers, and skin care. Cassandra prides herself on patient-centered care and safety while achieving beautiful and natural results. She strongly believes in staying positive, smiling, and building self-confidence and self-love. When she is not with her patients, she enjoys exercising, fishing, hiking, and spending time with her family and pets.

Hope Honigsberg, DNP

Aesthetic Trained Nurse Practictioner

Hope Honigsberg is a board-certified nurse practitioner with 15+ years of experience in traditional and integrative medicine with an extensive history in aesthetics and anti-aging medicine. She received her undergraduate from Stevenson University.

Graduating Sum Cum Laude from Walden University with a master's degree in nursing followed by a doctorate from The Johns Hopkins School of Nursing. Hope has multiple certifications in anti-aging medicine, peptide therapy, bio-identical hormone replacement therapy for both men and women, and metabolic medicine.

Hope also has a solid aesthetic background encompassing facial injections and threading, laser therapy, plastic surgery, and skin care. Hope firmly believes in the importance of evidence-based functional and aesthetic medicine and actively listens to her patients while providing safe and transformative patient care.

Samantha is a medical esthetician and CoolSculpting technician here at Youthful Medical Spa. Samantha specializes in incorporating holistic healing within medical procedures. Her passion is focused on helping others grow confident in their skin while leaving them relaxed and rejuvenated. Aside from Youthful Renaissance facials, a few of her favorite procedures to perform are Clear & Brilliant, HydraFacial, and dermaplaning. With her meticulous attention to detail, she enjoys CoolSculpting the body to help patients feel more confident. Samantha believes body contouring is an art. The science behind the process is what fascinates her most – she’s also a proud graduate of Coolsculpting University from Allergan Aesthetics Medical Institute! Samantha enjoys educating her clients while building lasting relationships with them. She is always looking to advance her education and frequently attends classes to advance her skillset and knowledge. Her personal mantra is to spread positivity and make sure each client leaves happier than they were when they came. In her spare time, Samatha enjoys being a makeup artist and loves creating lifelong memories with her bridal clients.
When not doing makeup, you might find Samantha working on photography and exploring nature trails with her two dogs.

A proud graduate of Parisian Spa Institute, Kasadee holds dual licenses and is continually expanding her knowledge to stay at the forefront of the ever-evolving aesthetics industry.

Patricia (Patty) is a talented licensed medical aesthetician at Youthful Medical Spa, with a lifelong passion for skincare. Her journey began at a young age when she would accompany her mother, a Mary Kay consultant, as her model. Initially focused on preventing acne, Patty’s skincare interests evolved as she transitioned into the airline industry, where anti-aging became her new passion.

Her colleagues frequently sought her advice on skincare routines and makeup tips, recognizing her expertise in maintaining a polished appearance. This realization sparked her decision to turn her passion into a fulfilling career.

Now, as an aesthetician, Patty is dedicated to helping her clients achieve real, significant results. She is currently pursuing an Acne Therapy Specialist certificate to further expand her knowledge and enhance her ability to address her clients’ unique needs.

Erin is a Jacksonville native. She received her bachelor’s degree in biology from Florida State University. Before beginning her career in aesthetics, Erin taught tennis at Family Circle Tennis Center in Charleston, SC for 6 years. She has always had a passion for skincare and beauty. She moved to Tampa to become a Medical Aesthetician, Laser Technician and Electrologist from The Beauty and Health Institute. Erin loves to educate her clients about various modalities and the latest corrective and anti-aging treatments available today. She is committed to her clients and regularly attends aesthetic conferences to learn about new procedures and medical grade skincare products. Erin is also our Lead CoolSculpting Technician. She was chosen to attend Allergan’s Cool University training program and Cool University master’s program and specializes in body contouring with our CoolSculpting Elite machine. Kaylee is a member of the Front Desk Team at Youthful Medical Spa. After COVID, Kaylee left her marketing career and the West Coast to move to Jacksonville, FL. Once in Jacksonville, she attended Parisian Spa Institute and graduated as a licensed medical aesthetician. She loves continuously learning how ingredients react with different skin types at a cellular level to achieve what we all want: bright, healthy skin. Her favorite treatment is HydraFacial with dermaplaning. Kaylee hopes to begin practicing as she learns more and more every day about the latest industry best practices and advanced education provided at Youthful Medical Spa. Judi is a licensed medical esthetician at Youthful Medical Spa. With over 13 years of experience, Judi is a master aesthetician and has previously practiced as a registered nurse for over 20 years. Haley began her Coolsculpting journey in San Diego, CA almost 8 years ago! For 6 years, Haley worked for Cosmetic Laser Dermatology office as a Medical Assistant and Coolsculpting technician before she transitioned into working at Medical Spa, where she performed Coolsculpting treatments and consulted on other aesthetic treatments for 2 years. Haley was honored to be selected to attend the exclusive West Coast Coolsculpting University in 2019 for advanced training. Haley recently moved to Florida in November & has loved continuing her CoolSculpting journey at Youthful Medical Spa. When she's not freezing fat, she enjoys exploring her new city, going to the beach, and attending concerts.

Karen Cross has over 25 years of working in the salon and medical spa industry. She’s held her cosmetology license since 1995, along with extensive training and certifications with some of the top leading companies in the aesthetic field like Allergan, Repechage’ and Aveda. With her background in management and hospitality, she’s a great fit as the Front Desk Supervisor to help the spa run efficiently while providing stellar customer service.

Karen is a mom of 3 now-adult children (Lauren, Haley, and Harrison) and 1 dog (Chloe). She lives in Ponte Vedra Beach and enjoys tennis, the beach, traveling, and wine tasting with her friends and family.

Demi Jones

Aesthetics Consultant

Demi, originally from Macclenny, Florida, made the exciting move to Jacksonville to attend The University of North Florida, where she pursued her passion for healthcare and leadership. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration with a minor in Leadership and a concentration in Aging, setting a solid foundation for her career.

With over 7 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Demi has always harbored a deep love for skincare and aesthetics. Her enthusiasm shines through in her work as she crafts personalized recommendations that empower her clients to achieve their beauty goals and feel their absolute best.

Caroline is an Aesthetic Consultant, raised here in Ponte Vedra. Having a history in medical sales, she enjoys meeting new patients and teaching the range of services we offer!
Her favorite service is PRX Derm Perfexion, from Italy. It gives you a glow, while stimulating collagen and elastin production—without needing to stay out of the sun! You can find her walking the beach or at Brewhound with her dog.

Kylie Akerman is a member of the Front Desk team at Youthful Medical Spa! Daryl is one of the newest faces you'll see at Youthful Medical Spa at the front desk and as an aesthetic consultant! Daryl graduated in October of 2023 with her Esthetician license after originally working towards her degree in early childhood education. Daryl discovered the transformative science in skincare and esthetics, and her passion for education shifted towards educating others to help them reach their fullest potential - both inside and out. She is passionate about physical, mental, and emotional wellness. Daryl is always looking for new strategies and techniques to improve one's quality of life, whether it's achieved through aesthetics and self-care, creating new healthy habits, or more! Daryl is excited to begin her career in the world of medical aesthetics and appreciates the many varying skillsets, experiences, and diversity that the Youthful Medical Spa team has to offer.

Tiffany serves as the Sales Development Supervisor and Event Coordinator at Youthful Medical Spa, where she takes pride in building a strong team, delivering exceptional experiences, and driving customer service success. With over 20 years of progressive sales experience spanning real estate and retail sales management for a Fortune 500 company, Tiffany has seamlessly transitioned to an administrative role. She thrives on mentoring her team, leading with authenticity, and exemplifying a positive mindset, strong personal values, and goal-oriented leadership.

You’ve likely seen Tiffany in action at one of Youthful Medical Spa's monthly events, whether she’s pouring margaritas or announcing raffle winners. As the mastermind behind these aesthetic events, Tiffany loves crafting unique experiences for clients, designing fun themes, and collaborating with top partners like Thermage FLX, Clear+Brilliant, Hydrafacial, Jet Plasma, PRX, and more.
